Started in September 2023, the Olympiad was held for the second time and brought together more than 2,500 schoolchildren from three continents. For the first time, the Competition was held in two languages - Russian and English. New countries have been added: this year pupils from Africa, India and Mongolia were able to participate in the Olympiad.

The participants competed in knowledge of Russian and English, as well as solved interdisciplinary tasks for general knowledge in the field of geography, world history and international relations. The Olympiad was held in two stages. In November 2023, a qualifying round was held, following which the best participants were invited to participate in the final round, held in February 2024 in an online format.

115 schoolchildren became finalists of the competition. 14 people became winners and received the right to study for free at MGIMO in bachelor's degree and preparatory courses, 20 prize-winners were given the opportunity to enter places with tuition fees on the basis of a portfolio competition.
